Medical Pet Boarding
Whether you are planning a vacation or going to visit relatives during the holidays, a pet with medical needs will need a comfortable place to stay with responsible caretakers. Our animal hospital in Irvine includes a medical pet boarding facility that can accommodate canine and feline family members. It is important to us that your pet feels as at-home as possible during their stay; our team members will be sure to provide them with plenty of care and attention (and snuggles).
Our medical boarding facility includes accommodations for both cats and dogs. Cat condos and dog kennels are cleaned and freshened up daily, and all of our guests always have fresh water and soft bedding at hand. However, you are more than welcome to bring your pet’s bedding from home if you wish, so they have something that smells of home.
If your pet is on a special doctor-prescribed diet, please remember to bring their food in a container labeled with their name, along with feeding directions. Medications also need to be kept in their original containers with clear directions so we can administer them properly.
We understand how difficult it can be to leave your pet behind while you travel. Members of our team will be more than happy to send you regular texts and photos of your pet during their stay with us so you can see how they’re doing.

Requirements for Boarding Your Pet

If your pet is not a patient at our animal hospital, please bring a copy of your pet’s rabies certificate, along with an invoice of their most recent vaccinations.
