Whether you are planning a vacation or going to visit relatives during the holidays, your pet will need a comfortable place to stay during your absence. Our animal hospital in Irvine includes a pet boarding facility that can accommodate canine and feline family members. It is important to us that your pet feel as at-home as possible during their stay; our team members will be sure to provide them with plenty of care and attention (and snuggles).
Our spacious boarding kennel includes cat condos with windows so your curious feline can see what’s going on outside, and dog runs for when your pup wants to feel the breeze. Condos and kennels are cleaned and freshened up daily, and all of our guests always have fresh water and soft bedding at hand. However, you are more than welcome to bring your pet’s bedding from home if you wish, so they have something that smells of home.
If your pet is on a special doctor-prescribed diet, please remember to bring their food in a container labeled with their name, along with feeding directions. Medications also need to be kept in their original containers with clear directions so we can administer them properly.
We understand how difficult it can be to leave your pet behind while you travel. Members of our team will be more than happy to send you regular texts and photos of your pet during their stay with us so you can see how they’re doing. We also offer complimentary exams for new clients boarding with us for the first time.
Requirements for Boarding Your Pet
All guests must be up to date on their vaccinations. These include rabies, distemper, parvo and Bordetella for dogs, and rabies and distemper for cats. If your pet is not a patient at our animal hospital, please bring a copy of your pet’s rabies certificate, along with an invoice of their most recent vaccinations.
We’re pleased to provide excellent boarding accommodations at a reasonable cost for pet families here in Irvine. If you have any questions about our boarding policy or would like to reserve your pet’s stay with us, give us a call at (949) 552-5200.
